Refunds & Returns

We want our service to be as easy for you to use as possible. However, we understand that sometimes, things do not always go according to plan. So we have set out our Refunds and Returns policy to assist you with your order.

If your issue is not listed here, please call a store to discuss, contact details can be found here, or email help @yourspar.com.

If you miss your collection time we will keep your order until 9pm upon which, if you have not collected it we will issue a refund, minus the pick and pack fee. Please see our full Terms and Conditions for details.

Get a refund for a damaged product:

We advise you to check your shopping fully upon collection and before leaving the store. Upon checking, if you do find anything that is not right, please highlight any issues with a staff member, who will be happy to replace or refund you for any damaged products.

Get a refund for a missing product:

Again, we advise you to check your shopping fully upon collection and before leaving store. If when you collect you do find a product missing, then please highlight this to staff. Regrettably, we are unable to replace or refund a missing product if you have left the store.

What we cannot refund unless damaged or faulty:

We do not offer refunds once you have left the store for the following products unless they are damaged or faulty:

These include: Chilled and Frozen Products (including Food To Go); Baby Food and Milk; Tobacco, Cigarettes, Tobacco Products and Cigars; Items not in their factory sealed condition. Hygiene Products, eg. toothbrushes.

If you decide you don’t want a product:

If you have changed your mind and no longer want a product then the quickest and easiest way to obtain a refund is to return the goods to a member of staff at the time you collect your order at the participating store that you are collecting from. If you have left the store then please contact the store and we will do our best to assist you.

If you want to return your entire order after leaving the store:

If you change your mind about your order after the date of collection then, provided it is within 14 days of your collection date, please call the store you purchased your shopping from to discuss a refund. The store will process your request in accordance with our company returns criteria and, if approved, you should receive your refund within 3-5 working days of approval.

If you want to cancel an order:

You can cancel your order at any time before your collection time and date, by calling the store you purchased your shopping from. Please note, cancellations of delivery orders cannot be facilitated if there are less than 3 hours before your chosen delivery time. No orders can be cancelled by email.

How long will it take for your refund to reach you?

On average the refund time is between 3 and 5 working days.

Returning perishable goods once you have left the store:

If you wish to return any perishable goods, then you must notify the store as soon as possible and before the expiry of the "use by" or "best before" date stamped on the product. We are unable to accept returns for any perishable goods that are outside of their "use by" or "best before" date, unless the goods are defective or not as described.
